3CX offers a call back option for the user.
During the call the user is prompted to press '1' to receive a call back from the Call Center Agent.
If this is enabled then once the next available Call Center Agent is available their phone will start to ring.
When the Call Center Agent picks up the phone they will hear the 'On Hold' music playing. This will indicate that the Users phone is also ringing. Once they pickup the call the Call Center Agent will then be connected to the user.
