Logging In

To log into a Hot Desk phone. List the handset then dial *77*[Extension Number]* (e.g. *77*12*)
The automated service will answer and prompt the user to enter their voice mailbox PIN number.

Upon completion a confirmation prompt is played and the Hot Desk phone is setup for the user's extension.

Logging out

To logout from a Hot Desk phone, the user needs to press the first BLF button on the device. 'Logout'.
