Add Playback speed controls to Chrome for Sharepoint video playback

1. Go to URL: https://github.com/WitchoutName/sharepoint-video-speed
2. Expand 'Code' button, then click 'Download Zip'.

3. Extract the Zip.

4. Open Chrome and go to: chrome://extensions/

5. Enable 'Developer Mode' (slider in top right corner).

6. Click 'Load unpacked' button and select the folder under the folder you extracted to.

7. This will add the Extension to Google Chrome.

8. Reload the video player if you have it open. Will see new controls on the right side for playback speed.
